The sky was dark and velvety. The stars shone brightly. One star was missing. We all stood in a circle on the grassy hill. Our cloaks swayed gently in the breeze. In the centre, a glowing star rested on the ground. Its light pulsed in time with their hearts. This was no ordinary star. It had been stolen from the night sky, and only we could return it. The swirling galaxies above seemed to watch us. A comet streaked across the sky and it reminded us that time was running out. We knew we had to act quickly, or the star might be lost forever.

The complication

  • The glowing star begins to dim faster each minute and we must find a way to power it before it goes out.
  • A rival group appears who claims the star belongs to them and tries to stop us from returning it.
  • The path back to the sky is blocked by a mysterious fog that confuses our sense of direction.
