The complication
- The shimmering on the horizon turns out to be a hidden storm that scrambles the Battle Bus navigation and forces Alex and Mia to crash-land in a forbidden zone.
- A mysterious player avatar appears that seems to know Alex and Mia’s real names and secrets, making them question whether the game is connected to the real world.
- Alex is injured during the drop and must choose between staying with Mia to complete the mission or heading alone to find help that could change the outcome.
